Hello Summer 2014!

Hello students!

Welcome to our blog page.  I am very excited to be able to communicate with all of you during this coming summer and, at the same time, stay connected to continue learning together.  First of all, before you start using this page,

make sure you NEVER give any contact information over the interet, ok.  Because most internet pages are open to everybody, I want to make sure we stay safe at all times.

In the meantime, show this page to your parents and get permission to use it to stay in touch with what good readers will be doing during the summer.  Don't forget to say hi as soon as you're able to log in.

      Hello, hello 3rd and 4th graders!  Welcome to our blog spot! 

       Feel free to check out all the other posts here.  Just scroll down and read.  You might find something interesting. 

       I really hope you enjoy your break.  Relax, play, stay active, and most importantly, exercise your brain by reading.   Remember that you can go to http://www.arbookfind.com/ to find the level of your book.

       Don't forget that I will be in our classrooom on Wednesday, from 9-10am, for those who want to come and take an AR test.  Let me know if you're coming, so I can have enough healthy snacks for those who can make it.  :) 

         If you get bored, you can also go to http://www.funbrain.com/ and challenge yourself with some of the games there.  For the mathematicians in room 27, we also have http://www.multiplication.com/.  Go ahead; challenge yourself and let the fun begin!

Hello Everyone!! I hope you had a great and relaxing time with your loved ones during these holidays. 

I just want to remind you that I will be at Tyrrell this Monday, December 27th  from 10:30 to 11:00 o'clock.  Come by if you need to take an AR test! 

If you haven't finished reading your chapter book, or if you cannot meet me this Monday, don't worry.  Just make sure you take good notes, so you can be ready to test as soon as we get back.
