What if sentence have subjects as..."he , I and you" in a single sentence ....what will be the helping verb. .

Hi, sorry for the very late response. If you have 2 or more subjects and pronoun I is included, you must use "are" as the helping verb because you are using multiple subjects. for example:
He and I are playing volleyball.
